APPOINTMENT POLICIES Appointments & Payment All services are by appointment only; walk-ins are not available. Payment methods accepted: cash, card, Cash App, and Venmo. Enhancements From Another Technician To ensure the best results and protect your natural nails, I do not work over another technician’s work. If you currently have acrylic, gel, or other enhancements from another salon, please book a soak-off with your appointment. Refill Policy Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain nail structure, retention, and appearance. Appointments booked 4 or more weeks after your last service will require a soak-off and new set. Repair / Fix Policy If a nail breaks or lifts, complimentary repairs are available within 10 days of your appointment. After 10 days, repairs will be charged due to normal nail growth and wear. Nail Art Requests Detailed or custom nail art requires inspiration photos to be sent prior to your appointment so I can properly prepare and ensure enough time is scheduled for your desired design. Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a 40% cancellation fee. After a same-day cancellation or no-call, no-show, a deposit will be required to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be canceled and the 40% cancellation fee will be charged.
